FAQ

What makes your program unique?

We are the only program that dedicates the majority of TT to your practice time teaching. No other program puts you front and center, crafting your authentic teaching voice, in real time, with real feedback for as many hours as we do. Other programs assign you lots of reading and busywork. At Open Up, most of what we do is provide the forum, the support and the real-life experience crafting your authentic teaching voice by putting you and your fellow trainees front and center, every time we meet.

What type/style of yoga does this course cover?
